We will only accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. You will receive store credit in the amount equal to the item(s) you purchased, excluding shipping and handling fees, provided the condition upon return is the same as when shipped to you.
Due to hygiene reasons, we will not be able to accept returns for earrings. We will not be able to accept returns for custom made jewelry. Engraved jewelry will not be accepted as well.
Only regular priced jewelry may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale can’t be refunded.
Please make sure all returns are sent in the original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping and enclose a copy of the original invoice/packing slip noting the reason for return. We recommend all returns be insured against loss and shipping damages. We will not issue credit for items not received or damaged in transit to us. Please make sure to write RETURN on the shipment’s commercial invoice and customs documents to avoid delays with customs and unnecessary duty fees.
